Discovering Buddhism: Emptiness
Join Venerable Tenzin Drolma for a Sunday teaching series on emptiness, one of the central topics in Buddhist philosophy and practice. This series is part of Discovering Buddhism and offers an opportunity to explore how understanding emptiness can deepen wisdom, loosen fixed views, and support compassionate engagement with the world.

The Book of Joy explores how to find lasting happiness despite life’s challenges. It emphasizes the importance of compassion, perspective, and community, presenting eight pillars of joy that include qualities like gratitude and forgiveness.
