Our current read is The Book Of Joy written by The Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, and Douglas Abrams.
The Book of Joy explores how to find lasting happiness despite life’s challenges. It emphasizes the importance of compassion, perspective, and community, presenting eight pillars of joy that include qualities like gratitude and forgiveness.
