Weekly Wednesday Evening Classes
With Venerable Tenzin Denison
This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your spiritual understanding. These classes will be of great value to long term Buddhists as well as newcomers.
Tenzin was born in London in 1976, and grew up in the south of England. Having developed some interest in meditation during university, in 1998 he went to live and work in Nepal, where he met Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche. Under Rinpoche’s guidance, Tenzin then ordained as a monk in 1999, and has spent the years since in various activities, including Dharma studies, personal retreat, offering service in Dharma communities, returning to lay life for a few years and working as a psychotherapist, before again receiving novice monk’s vows in 2018 and full ordination in 2019. In recent years Tenzin has been studying the Basic Program (FPMT study program), and currently lives and offers service at Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s private residence in Washington, USA.
