Introduction to Tantra: The Path of Transformation

With Venerable Angie Muir
Thursdays in January 8, 15, 22 and 29th, 2026
5-6:30 pm Pacific Time
This introductory course offers a clear and authentic doorway into the Tibetan Buddhist tantric tradition. We will explore what tantra truly is—and what it is not—by grounding its methods in the foundations of compassion, ethics, and bodhicitta.

Participants will learn how tantra transforms ordinary perception into wisdom, how deity yoga works through the role of the teacher, mantra and visualization and why these profound teachings are considered the swift path to awakening by uniting wisdom and compassion.

This class is open to all, no prerequisites necessary. Class by donation.

Bookclub Dates:

Alternating Fridays for January (2nd, 16th and 30th) at 10 AM Pacific Time
